胡兆輝(hui)在講話中指(zhi)出,2018年(nian)7月,集團公司出臺風(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理實施辦法,構建(jian)(jian)了風(feng)控(kong)(kong)主管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、財務總監、紀檢(jian)監察(cha)“三條(tiao)線”立體(ti)式管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)模式,并上線運行風(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)信息系統(tong)。他強(qiang)(qiang)調(diao),加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)風(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)是(shi)企(qi)(qi)業應(ying)對復雜經濟形(xing)勢的(de)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)措(cuo)施,是(shi)企(qi)(qi)業持續健康發展的(de)有效(xiao)保(bao)障,是(shi)強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)現代企(qi)(qi)業管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理的(de)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)內容,要(yao)(yao)(yao)深(shen)刻(ke)理解(jie)風(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)內涵(han),正確(que)處理風(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)和業務之間關系。他要(yao)(yao)(yao)求,要(yao)(yao)(yao)強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)工(gong)作落實,切實做好全(quan)面(mian)風(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)提升,一是(shi)持續完善全(quan)面(mian)風(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)體(ti)系建(jian)(jian)設,二是(shi)加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)風(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)與內部控(kong)(kong)制的(de)有效(xiao)融合,三是(shi)加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)全(quan)面(mian)風(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)人才(cai)隊(dui)伍建(jian)(jian)設,四是(shi)深(shen)入推動全(quan)面(mian)風(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)文化(hua)建(jian)(jian)設。
會(hui)上(shang),就系統風險(xian)識別及(ji)應用(yong)和風險(xian)描述進行(xing)了(le)講(jiang)座,同時,對風控(kong)系統操作進行(xing)了(le)實務(wu)培訓。
