公司(si)(si)黨委副書(shu)記、南(nan)通農場(chang)公司(si)(si)總經(jing)理薛忠簡要介紹了南(nan)通農場(chang)和蘇(su)墾南(nan)通公司(si)(si)改革發展情況、經(jing)營管理及財務現(xian)狀。相關(guan)重點(dian)(dian)企業和公司(si)(si)相關(guan)業務部門負責人(ren)匯報了各自(zi)工(gong)作重點(dian)(dian)和難點(dian)(dian)。
劉克英詳細詢問了蘇(su)(su)墾南通公(gong)(gong)司下屬全資、控參(can)股(gu)企業(ye)經(jing)營狀況,并針對混凝土公(gong)(gong)司應收賬(zhang)款清(qing)收、電力公(gong)(gong)司轉型發展、大(da)橋(qiao)廣告公(gong)(gong)司治理(li)結構、參(can)股(gu)企業(ye)監(jian)督管控、南通蘇(su)(su)墾物流和300畝(mu)商業(ye)用地項目(mu)招商等,提出了建設(she)性意見。
調(diao)研中,劉克英肯定了蘇墾(ken)南通(tong)(tong)公(gong)司改革(ge)發展成(cheng)(cheng)績。她(ta)指(zhi)出(chu),集團公(gong)司對南通(tong)(tong)寄予(yu)厚望(wang),蘇墾(ken)南通(tong)(tong)公(gong)司領導班子(zi)要(yao)再接(jie)再厲,以(yi)更大(da)的決(jue)心和魄力推(tui)動公(gong)司高質量(liang)發展:一是(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)做(zuo)好(hao)(hao)資(zi)源整合。積極(ji)響應集團公(gong)司要(yao)求,對同質同類資(zi)源整合重組,提(ti)高資(zi)源利用(yong)效率;二是(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)加強對控(kong)(kong)參股企業(ye)(ye)的監(jian)督管(guan)控(kong)(kong)。不僅要(yao)加強財務(wu)管(guan)控(kong)(kong),而(er)且要(yao)重視(shi)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)環(huan)節(jie)管(guan)控(kong)(kong),推(tui)進業(ye)(ye)財融合,加強印章、合同管(guan)理,通(tong)(tong)過紀(ji)監(jian)審聯合監(jian)管(guan),防范廉潔風險;三是(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)積極(ji)推(tui)動經濟發展。發展是(shi)(shi)(shi)硬道(dao)理,要(yao)進一步(bu)理清發展思路(lu)和主(zhu)業(ye)(ye)方向,做(zuo)好(hao)(hao)投(tou)資(zi)項目的可行(xing)性研究,防范風險,同時激活內部(bu)體(ti)制機(ji)制,為人才成(cheng)(cheng)長和企業(ye)(ye)發展提(ti)供良好(hao)(hao)土壤和環(huan)境。
